| Some updates.... I no longer am able to embroider "in house"...I do offer embroidery but I now send it out to be done. I have to say I am so pleased with the quality of the names now. I did have to raise my prices for embroidery to $7 per name now. When you see the difference, you will think it's worth it. Since I do send it out, please allow 2 weeks for embroidered items. Please let me know if you have any questions concerning embroidery.
Safety
Please ask your doctor the proper positioning and bedding for your baby.
If any of the items from Baby Gee's are going to be used outside of the home, we recommend that you NOT embroider the name of the child on it. For instance, if the hooded towels are going to be used at the pool or beach, we recommend leaving the name off or using initals only. Unfortunately, we live in a world where strangers will approach children and use their names if seen on an item they have.
Orders/Shipping
Embroidered Names and/or Dates are $7 per line.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the order to ship on standard non-embroidered items. All items are made to order, with the exception of the SALE items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping on all custom orders, although many times they are done much quicker. Custom orders require payment in full to start the order. Payment in full must be received before an item is shipped.
We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our shipping rates are based on the order sub-total. Currently, we ship only in the USA. - $6 – for orders $0-$50
- $8 – for orders $51-100
- $10 – for orders over $100
Drop Shipping
Need to send a baby shower gift or a birthday gift? We can drop ship your order to another address. There is an option when checking out to "Change Address". We can even add a special message if you like. Just enter any message you have in "Add Comments About Your Order" and we will add a card for you at no cost.
Payment
The forms of payment accepted are Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, checks, money orders or Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay with credit card, debit cards and/or direct from your account. It is all secure payment processing and a paypal account is not required. There will be a $25 fee assessed on all returned checks.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please let us know. Return the item within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. We are sorry but items that are personalized/embroidered with names cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
Baby Gee’s will not distribute your personal information to anyone. We do have a mailing list and will offer sales and new items from time to time. If you do not wish to receive these, please just let us know and we will remove you from our list.
Care for Your Items
We recommend washing most our items (blankets, hooded towels) in cold water and with like colors. Tumble dry with low heat. Never iron minky chenille, it will melt....trust me on this one.
Sales Tax
If you live in Ohio, a sales tax of 6.75% will be added to your order.
