You choose the cotton top fabric and the minky fabric.  View the cotton fabric options through the link provided below.  The minky colors are located under "Fabric Selections" on the left nav bar of this website. 

The blankets can be embroidered with a name and date if you choose.  The blankets are generously sized at 30" by 36".
